This chapter discusses postoperative management after PAUL® Glaucoma Implant surgery, including steroid use and removal of Prolene sutures. Patients must be closely monitored for signs of hypotony, inflammation, infection, and implant position. Initial follow-up typically occurs within the first 24–48 hours, with subsequent visits during the first 2 weeks. Another visit should be considered at week 8 to decide about stent removal.
