Abstract
Secondary glaucoma is common after vitreoretinal surgery and although surgery may be more challenging due to the presence of scleral buckles, silicone oil, aphakia, anterior chamber intraocular lenses, and conjunctival scarring, the PAUL® Glaucoma Implant can usually be implanted successfully, often providing definitive intraocular pressure control in these complex cases.
