The PAUL® Glaucoma Implant (PGI) is a glaucoma drainage device engineered to address the clinical need for safer, more effective IOP control in refractory and complex glaucoma.

The PGI is the first glaucoma drainage device with a reduced outer and inner lumen diameter, providing flow restriction that minimises postoperative hypotony while delivering effective IOP reduction, even in eyes with refractory glaucoma.
